We helped write the industry's code of conduct.
In 2005, as brokers, consultants and aggregators saw the need to police a brand-new industry, St. Clair helped form the Texas Electricity Professionals Association. Live Energy is a founding member, and TEPA's ethical standards and Code of Conduct remain the backbone of how we work.
Every Live Energy advisor is required to earn the TEPA Certified Electricity Professional credential, which covers market knowledge, regulation, products and ethics.

Around 2003 we grew fast enough that service started to slip. So we stopped taking new clients, asked our customers what they wanted, and rebuilt the company around it.
